The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requires all organizations to provide accessible customer service to persons of all ability levels.

As of January 1, 2012, all public and private organizations providing goods or services must provide accessible customer service to people of all ability levels. . Employers have a crucial role in ensuring people with disabilities have access to their company’s products and services. Only sole proprietors with no employees and organizations run entirely by volunteers are excluded.
